Divya is a licensed Physiotherapist who graduated in 2009 from Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, India. She brings over a decade of clinical experience and a patient-centered approach to care.
Divya integrates evidence-based manual therapy techniques including soft tissue release, joint mobilization, and muscle energy techniques with strength and conditioning exercises to achieve long-lasting results. She has completed advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, treating patients with incontinence, pelvic organ prolapses, and pelvic pain.
She is also a dedicated Vestibular Therapist, with specialized training in assessing and managing balance disorders, vertigo, dizziness, and other vestibular dysfunctions. Divya places strong emphasis on patient education, empowering individuals to manage their symptoms, reduce pain, and restore optimal function.
Her special clinical interests include postoperative rehabilitation, shoulder conditions, osteoarthritis, and work-related musculoskeletal issues, particularly in desk workers.
Outside of the clinic, Divya enjoys focusing on her physical and mental well-being and values spending quality time with her children.
